Front End Developer - Weesp
Wunderman Thompson is a global eCommerce consultancy that applies strategy, technical know-how and outstanding design to make a big impact through eCommerce.
As our business grows internationally, we’re seeking new people who share our values and work ethic. We take a key role in shaping some of the best eCommerce sites and experiences in the world.
For our Customer Experience team in our Weesp Office we are therefore looking for a Front end Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create prototypes and production-ready XHTML/CSS /JS for eCommerce websites;
- Focus on user needs and optimum user experience;
- Develop and test experiments with our optimisation tools like Google Optimize and Optimizely;
- Work closely with our CX consultants and UX/UI designers;
- Working within an agile team, contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning and estimations;
- Stay current with evolving standards and technologies, learning new skills as needed;
- Contributing to the team’s focus to maintain Front End Quality through participating in coding reviews and adhering to Wunderman Thompson Commerce coding standards.

Onze ideale kandidaat is:
- Een tweede of derdejaars student met een achtergrond in HBO Commerciële Economie, Communicatie, Multimediadesign of een vergelijkbare studie;
- Woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving;
- Een aanpakker, creatieveling en een vleugje analytisch, met kennis van de trends binnen je vakgebied;
- Kan goed werken met Adobe Photoshop of een vergelijkbare tool;
- Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring met video editing;
- Spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en Nederlands;
- Kennis van Hubspot en Adobe Indesign is een pré;
- Is beschikbaar vanaf september 2021.
